Ellgia is delighted to be partnering with North Lincolnshire Council to supply the contract for the processing of large bulky waste from their Household Recycling Centres and waste transfer sites.

The partnership brings opportunity for Ellgia, local recycling and waste management company, to provide a zero to landfill disposal option for North Lincolnshire Council and household residents. The long-term contract includes working directly with the council and their Waste Transfer Sites

Ellgia has worked closely with North Lincolnshire Council to best provide a flexible service and value for their recycling. All bulky waste will be sorted treated at the Ellgia Scunthorpe depot, and if not able to be reused or recycled, the waste will create a Residual Derived Fuel that is baled and transported to a Waste to Energy partner. This provides energy creation whilst also offering circular economy that benefits the local community.
